The plan to implement the Land Law in 2024

At the meeting, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment presented the specific tasks of each relevant department, committee, agency and locality in advising on the development of legal documents for the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate and carry out management and implementation of the Land Law 2024 in the province.

They urged to soon implement the Land Law 2024 to remove difficulties and obstacles related to land and also serve the tasks of socio-economic development in the coming time.

They also highlighted the difficulties and shortcomings from the actual implementation of the current Land Law recently.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Tran Phuoc Hien, requested them to study the contents of the law.

Localities should focus on developing proposals and recommendations related to issues of land recovery, compensation, site clearance...

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will check them before submitting to the Provincial People's Committee for issuance of documents related to the provisions of the new Land Law.
