Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism informed about the activities of Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2024

Accordingly, Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2024 will take place from April 22 to May 5, with a series of rich and diverse cultural, sports and tourism events, including a workshop on "Developing rural tourism and community tourism in Quang Ngai province - Opportunities and prospects", the Feast and Commemoration Festival for Hoang Sa soldiers and the National Intangible Cultural Heritage -  the Four Spirits Traditional Boat Racing Festival, Quang Ngai Province Women's Beach Volleyball Tournament in Ly Son district, the Exhibition of marine and island cultural heritage at Hoang Sa Bac Hai Exhibition House in Ly Son, the opening ceremony of Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2024 at Ly Son Square in Ly Son island district, and the Contest of OCOP products and Display of OCOP tourism gifts and tourism craft village products.

Along with these aforesaid activities, Ly Son district will also organize many unique activities in the series of cultural, sports and tourism events in Ly Son in 2024 such as The Four Spirits Traditional Boat Racing Festival (April 28), The Sea Swimming Tournament (June 2), and Ly Son Running Competition (August 18).

The Week aims to create a highlight of cultural, sports and tourism activities in the province, stimulate tourism demand, and promote traditional cultural values and the image of the homeland, land and people of Quang Ngai.  The events also aim toattract tourists, contributing to calling for investment and promoting socio-economic development of the province in 2024.
