MoFA has new Deputy Minister

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a Decision appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Binh as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Pham, aged 49, was former Director of the Northeast Asia Department, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is led by Minister Bui Thanh Son, who is assisted by six Deputy Ministers: Nguyen Minh Vu, Ha Kim Ngoc, Le Thi Thu Hang, Do Hung Viet, Nguyen Minh Hang and Pham Thanh Binh.
